Butcher's Daughters


  • Whole herb-crusted or pepper-crusted beef tenderloin. We’ll cut to order and even bacon-wrap if you wish.
  • Various cuts of beef: rib-eye, strip loin, flank.  Beautifully aged and ready for the grill
  • Marinated sirloin steak. Marinated in soy sauce, garlic and herbs. Our house favourite for years.
  • Daughters’ burgers. Big, juicy, slightly spicy and made with love.
  • Rib burgers. A lightly seasoned 6-oz patty
  • Jumbo all-beef hot dogs


  • Grain-fed, yellow-skinned chickens. Plump and succulent. Available whole, boneless/ skinless breasts and boneless/ skin-on breasts. Marinated and natural
  • Flattened chickens. Whole birds, flattened for the grill in a variety of seasonings (lemon-herb, smoky paprika, Jamaican jerk, Jamie’s BBQ, Thai coconut curry)


  • Whole pork tenderloin. Au naturel or seasoned: herbs & garlic or ginger teriyaki. Or stuffed with goat’s cheese, herbs and cranberries, for example
  • Smoked pork loin chops.  Germans call them “Kaessler” – we call them awesome.
  • Fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs (we’ll need 72 hours notice for this one). Also available uncooked.
  • Fresh or smoked sausages in a variety of seasonings.
  • Thick-cut peameal bacon. Full slabs also available

Something a Little Different:

  • Cedar-planked salmon. Lightly cured whole side of salmon. We even soak the plank – ready for the grill
  • Thick-cut veal chops. Especially delicious in our herb-garlic marinade
  • House-made turkey burgers with cranberry & rosemary
  • Lamb loin chops. Marinated or natural. Always a huge hit
  • Muskovy duck breasts. Large and succulent — each breast easily feeds 2 people

  • Romaine Salad with feta, toasted almonds and our house dressing
  • Traditional potato salad in a creamy dressing
  • Greek salad (tomato, cucumber, feta, red onions and black olives in a zesty lemon-herb dressing). Also available as a pasta salad.
  • Indonesian rice & peanut salad with currants, carrots and roasted red peppers
  • Broccoli salad with red onions and grated cheddar in a creamy dill dressing
  • Mediterranean grain – quinoa, millet, chick peas, feta, tomatoes, black olives in red wine vinaigrette
  • Broccoli & kale slaw with cranberries & pecans in lemon/ tahini dressing

Special Orders for 12 or More

  • Garlic/rosemary roasted mini potatoes
  • Roasted asparagus, dressed simply in sea salt, olive oil and lemon zest
  • Slow-roasted italian plum tomatoes with herbs and garlic
  • Quinoa salad with roasted vegetables, mint and parsley in a lemon/ garlic vinaigrette
  • Roasted sweet potato salad with red peppers & celery in a chipotle/lime dressing with cilantro
